International Women’s Day is a world-wide effort to…
Celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women.
Yet let’s also be aware progress has slowed in many places across the world, so urgent action is needed to accelerate gender parity.
Leaders across the world are pledging to take action as champions of gender parity.
This resonates deeply with the convictions that motivate Missio Alliance. In fact, one of the primary questions shaping our efforts is:
What does it mean to say women are full participants in the ministry of the church alongside men? We seek to understand the New Testament elevation of women to full authority in the church.

Articles on women and the church continue to be some of helpful and thought provoking pieces we’ve been able to share. They are important for women to read to be reminded of their God-given capacities of women. They are important for men to read to understand how gender dynamics continue to shape the church.
